Who is Prescott Spas?

Steve and Helena Kasten are the owners of the HotSpring Spa and Jacuzzi Hot Tubs dealership in Prescott Valley, AZ. The Kasten family owns three HotSpring Spa stores (Creative Energy) in the San Francisco Bay area, and have 27 years of experience in the spa business.

Prescott Spas is a full-service spa and hot tub dealer, offering sales and supplies, as well as on-site hot tub service and warranty support. All staff members are professionally trained to better serve our customers. From sales to service, our staff is authorized by Watkins Manufacturing (makers of HotSpring Spas, Limelight Hot Tubs and Hot Spot Hot Tubs) and Jacuzzi Hot Tubs.

Prescott Spas has been open since November 1, 2003. The spacious showroom has spas from all four of Watkins' product lines, three private "Soak Rooms" where customers may experience the spas, a coffee bar, and wonderful outdoor living furniture and accessories.

In 2009, Prescott Spas became the authorized Jacuzzi Hot tubs dealership and service center for northern Arizona. Prescott Spas is proud to now offer the #1 and #2 hot tubs brands in the industry to its customers! 

Our dealership currently services, but is not limited to, areas such as: Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey-Humbolt, Mayer, Spring Valley, Corde Junction, Sedona, Verde Valley, Camp Verde, Cottonwood, Jerome, Black Canyon City, Skull Valley, Payson, Williams, Seligman, Flagstaff, Tuba City, Page, Grand Canyon.

Prescott Spas named Best New Dealer! 

Watkins Manufacturing, makers of Hot Spring Spas, the world's number one selling brand of portable spas for over 28 years, held their first-ever International Dealer Conference in San Diego, CA fro January 19-22, 2005. The conference was attended by nearly 500 Hot Spring spa dealers from around the world. The conference consisted of educational sessions, a tour of the Hot Spring factory, and the annual Hot Spring Dealer Award Ceremony.

Steve and Helena Kasten, owners of Prescott Spas, were awarded the 2004 Retail Excellence award for Best New Dealer at the recent Award Ceremony. Mike Dunn, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Hot Spring Spas, explained, "In a market that requires a positive turnaround, this dealership was a winner right out of the gate!"
