Last Monday we took delivery of our Solana TX spa. The delivery team was every bit as professional and courteous as the sales team. In a short time our spa was configured and set up exactly where we wanted it. The chemical schedule was explained in detail, and all of the materials were gathered up and taken away. We filled our spa and started heating the water, anxious to try it out that night.

The reason why we love our Hot Spring Spa is because in July of this year, my wife and I purchased a Tiger River spa from Prescott Spas in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Initially, I debated with my wife about getting a spa or a recreational vehicle but did decide to go with the spa. After only one use of the spa, I told my wife that I'm glad she talked me into getting a spa. I noticed immediately after using the spa that I began to sleep and feel better. Why do I love my spa?
Now that is an easy question to answer, so permit me to count the ways:
My spa affords hours of relaxation as its warm, jet-propelled water streams gently massage my body's stress points, thus facilitating an energized "new me" to start the day or a ready to retire for the night mode when concluding one.
My spa is so user-friendly that even one so completely techno-challenged as myself can run and maintain it with relative ease. I simply adhere to the easy-to-follow instruction material provided with the sale, and I'm good to go.
My spa has enhanced my social life too because I suddenly have acquired so many more friends who seem ever ready to join me for "coffee". It seems strange though because they always manage to bring their swimsuits!
Last, but certainly not least, I love my spa because it allows me to be a kid again and play with my rubber ducky!

I love my Hot Spring Spa it is a Beautiful Pearlized Grande. I love it! I am a Hair Stylist and there is nothing like coming home from work after standing all day. I get into the wonderful hot massaging jets that work on my feet, back and shoulders. I get in and my stress is gone - looking up at the sky, the beautiful stars, the moon and just relaxing.
I have friends visit me and my Spa, not sure which comes first. They all think the moto massage is awesome!

My Spa - How I love it! Unlike the many other facets of my life, my spa is always ready and waiting for me. It is warm and comforting and it turns on very easily. It is calm when I need solitude and bubbly when I need to be cheered up.
It doesn't sulk if I don't visit often, but waits patiently as a warm and trusted friend, that is there for me whenever I need comfort. Checking my spa's temperature, feeding it properly and occasionally polishing its cover is a small price to pay for all the enjoyment my spa gives to me.

We love our Hot Spring Spa! It has given us a chance to spend more time as a family, and it even has helped Faith, our 5 - year old learn how to swim! The jets have healed our aching backing and sore muscles...and we all laugh and enjoy our time together while we're relaxing away the stresses of the day.
In the winter, our whole family loves to sit in our spa and watch the stars, while enjoying the "really cool" color-changing lights. Also, we love having duck races with our Hot Springs Spa rubber duckies...when the jets are on, they really move!
All in all, buying a Hot Spring Spa was one of the best investments we could have made - whether enjoying it as a family, as a couple, or seeking a little solitude, we love to unwind in our Vanguard spa.

Finally settling into my favorite water embraced throne my head lays back to a soft surface as the night sky presentation begins to unfold. Bursts of warm water rushing from carefully placed outlets turn my spa into a paradise retreat, if only for a moment, here on the back porch. Some can try to picture this scene the way it occurs, but only fellow Hot Spring Spa owners have lived it. There's more to say, but right now the sun is down, night has fallen and well, it's intermission time once again.

Owning two stressful businesses in Prescott, we find ourselves always on the go or always on call.
There is nothing more relaxing after (or before) a long day then going out to our backyard and jumping in to our HotSprings Spa. At night, we love to switch the light on in the spa that changes colors. It is like Zen just laying in there with the jets relieving our bodies watching our light show. It is wonderful to get out of the spa and not smell like chlorine or have a rash from all the chemicals like our last spa did. After we moved into our new Southwest style home here in Prescott we felt that we needed something to complete our backyard ambience among the trees and boulders. We had the ubiquitous BBQ and patio furniture but something special was missing. It was a Spa! We had had an in-ground Spa in a previous home that we thoroughly enjoyed so we started looking at what Spas were available in the Tri-city area as finding what we wanted locally was also important.

After all of the analysis, frequent trips to various showrooms to see Spas and ask questions, and my wife’s gentle prodding to get with it and select a Spa we settled on Prescott Spas and the HotSpring’s Vista model.
Liko, who was always of the “aloha” spirit, was our salesperson who had the facts on the models and was able to explain the operations and maintenance of each model we reviewed. She made our buying process an enjoyable process. Customer service at its best!

My experience with Prescott Spas, in Prescott Valley, was outstanding. Steve Kasten was my first contact and when I walked into the sales office I immediately felt welcomed as a guest in his home rather than a customer at his place of business. I had been shopping at a few other spa sales locations and Steve was the most thorough in explaining all the options and operations of each model. I had three specific challenges to consider. The first two had to do with dimensions, my dimension, six foot four, and the area in which the spa must be located. No problem finding a spa to satisfy both those criteria at Prescott Spas. The third challenge was one of financing. I am retired, get my annual income once a year and, human nature being what it is, wanted my spa {yesterday} once I made up my mind. It was to be three months before my "pay check" would arrive but again. no problem, the finance department took over and worked out my three month dilemma so I could pay cash when my annual income arrived. I must tell you that the installation team was very professional and with the difficult location they had to overcome did a magnificent job. I wish I could remember every ones name to thank them because it was a great team effort. I do remember Helena, Steve's wife, only because I seem to catch her in the show room when I stop in to visit and have a cup of coffee. Yes, they have become extended family and my wife and I are very grateful.

Gwen and I came to your store on October 27th, 2004 to see the HotSpring Spas and accessories your company offered! We were very impressed with the knowledgeable salesmanship that Bruce exhibited, the kind, friendly atmosphere Steve provided when he spoke to Gwen and I not only about the spas but the surrounding Prescott area, since we are new to the area this made us feel relaxed and comfortable. When we questioned them about warranty issues or repairs if ever needed both Steve and Bruce gave straightforward honest answers. WE PURCHASED A HotSpring SPA!!! To our surprise they were able to deliver and set up the spa the next day. Two young men came to our house on October 28, 2004 to deliver and setup our spa. Drew was the lead man and his assistant David was his right-hand man. From start to finish they worked together as one, always making sure they didn't damage the spa or our surrounding areas. Setup was fast and done correctly. They were very professional, courteous and polite. Drew gave our spa a second going over after the installation was completed to make sure everything was done right and they didn't miss anything. No mistakes here!!! In closing I'd like to state that I would recommend you and your company to anyone wanting to purchase a Quality Spa from Quality Knowledgeable People. It's been our pleasure buying from you!

We have now owned our Hot Springs Envoy Spa for 6 months. After comparing our electric bills to last year's bills, we have found that running the spa costs no more than $15 per month. In addition to the low monthly electricity cost, I have been able to drastically reduce the number of therapeutic massages that I previously needed each month - another cost saving plus - as the spa keeps my neck, shoulder and back muscles relaxed. We can't say how much we enjoy the relaxation the spa provides. Your staff has been great to work with, too. We really enjoy our Solana Spa for two! The salesman at HotSpring was great. We knew what we wanted when we went in. Our salesman, Jack, showed us what they have. He was very knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions for him, and he answered them all. Never once did he try to sell us more than what we wanted. The set-up and delivery were just as good. They called ahead of time and then were here when they said they'd be. They were efficient, and knowledgeable, too. And they picked up all the packaging materials to dispose of.
