To our Hot Spring gang!

Two adults and three teenage boys use our spa daily.  Sometimes more than once a day.  Dad's in it every morning.  Mom makes it part of her bedtime routine.  Both also have been found in it when aging muscles ache after a day in the yard or on the job.  Two of the boys use it morning AND night.  They set their alams extra early to be able to spa before school.  And friends of our oldest son drop by 2-3 times a week to enjoy the tub.  We've had to make a rule about "spa wear only" since we get a whole lot of suds when too many people wear clothing that have been laundered.  We had to make that rule since not one of them is comfortable with the way the grown-ups prefer to spa (in just plain skin).

Owning a spa has been quite an experience.  If it weren't for the experts at Hot Spring Spa, it could have been a negative one.  Steve tells us that we've had more incidents and accidents in our first year of ownership than most spa owners have in a lifetime.  Spa care and maintenance is a bit more of a challenge for us than for many owners because of the number of people using it and the number of times per day that it gets used.  Thanks to the always cheerful and supportive help from Hot Spring Spas, we have learned what it takes to always enjoy sparkling clear water.

"All I can say is...WOW!  The hot tub is absolutely amazing.  It is so relaxing...and to know that I have the hot tub to come home to after a long day of school and track.  It relaxes my muscles and mind, especially at night when I can look up into the sky.  It is also one tough cookie when it held up even after my "end of school year party" last May.  Thirty plus kids got into the tub (at separate times of course!!!).  (Mom adds that the spa was drained and refilled the very next day.)  It is just SO nice to have a hot tub to look forward to when I get home.  It is the icing on the cake for me."

Dear Helena,

We want to thank you for replacing the cover on our HotSpring spa.  The new cover is a much better product than the one it replaced.  After several rain and melting snow the last two days, we have no complaint about water pooling on the cover.  In addition, the cover seems to sit tighter also.

We have been extremely pleased with our HotSpring spa, which will be 10 years old on July 1.  Tuesday morning, we started the day by enjoying the 3 1/2 inch snowfall while luxuriating in our spa and saying, "This is the life!"

Hello Everyone!

I am almost 62 and just purchased a Hot Springs Spa in Prescott Valley. The economy is not at its best right now so my wife and I thought we would take a vacation...at home...on our patio! We have taken a few vacations in our lifetime but...buying a Hot Springs Spa...the vacation never has to end. My wife still works and I am retired. She works from home by computer...so when she is off work each night we go on vacation. She has always had trouble with her back so this is like having a chiropractor in the house. Those warm jets working on all those places that are stiff and sore.

You could not find a better company to buy one from than Prescott Spas on Highway 69. Helena & Steve make it so easy for you too! They have about eight spas in the showroom that you can try out to see which one works best for you. We went in on a Friday night and tried all eight. We narrowed it down to a couple of them and went back in on Saturday morning to make the final choice. We picked out the one we wanted, set up a time for the electrician to come out and had the spa installed the following Friday. For the next week we were in the spa three times a day. It is a great way to relax and discover your backyard all over again. Any questions Helena and Steve have my telephone number and you can call me directly. Last Monday we took delivery of our Solana TX spa.  The delivery team was every bit as professional and courteous as the sales team.  In a short time our spa was configured and set up exactly where we wanted it.  The chemical schedule was explained in detail, and all of the materials were gathered up and taken away.  We filled our spa and started heating the water, anxious to try it out that night.

The reason why we love our Hot Spring Spa is because in July of this year, my wife and I purchased a Tiger River spa from Prescott Spas in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Initially, I debated with my wife about getting a spa or a recreational vehicle but did decide to go with the spa. Why do I love my spa?

Now that is an easy question to answer, so permit me to count the ways:

My spa affords hours of relaxation as its warm, jet-propelled water streams gently massage my body's stress points, thus facilitating an energized "new me" to start the day or a ready to retire for the night mode when concluding one.

My spa is so user-friendly that even one so completely techno-challenged as myself can run and maintain it with relative ease. I simply adhere to the easy-to-follow instruction material provided with the sale, and I'm good to go.

My spa has enhanced my social life too because I suddenly have acquired so many more friends who seem ever ready to join me for "coffee". It seems strange though because they always manage to bring their swimsuits!

Last, but certainly not least, I love my spa because it allows me to be a kid again and play with my rubber ducky!

I love my Hot Spring Spa it is a Beautiful Pearlized Grande. I love it! I am a Hair Stylist and there is nothing like coming home from work after standing all day. I get into the wonderful hot massaging jets that work on my feet, back and shoulders. I get in and my stress is gone - looking up at the sky, the beautiful stars, the moon and just relaxing.

I have friends visit me and my Spa, not sure which comes first. They all think the moto massage is awesome!

My Spa - How I love it! Unlike the many other facets of my life, my spa is always ready and waiting for me. It is warm and comforting and it turns on very easily. It is calm when I need solitude and bubbly when I need to be cheered up.

After we moved into our new Southwest style home here in Prescott we felt that we needed something to complete our backyard ambience among the trees and boulders. We had the ubiquitous BBQ and patio furniture but something special was missing. It was a Spa! We had had an in-ground Spa in a previous home that we thoroughly enjoyed so we started looking at what Spas were available in the Tri-city area as finding what we wanted locally was also important.

Being the "engineer" that I am I needed to understand how the Spa was fabricated, the manufacturer’s quality control program, and maintenance record. Liko, who was always of the “aloha” spirit, was our salesperson who had the facts on the models and was able to explain the operations and maintenance of each model we reviewed. She made our buying process an enjoyable process. Customer service at its best!

My experience with Prescott Spas, in Prescott Valley, was outstanding. Steve Kasten was my first contact and when I walked into the sales office I immediately felt welcomed as a guest in his home rather than a customer at his place of business. I had been shopping at a few other spa sales locations and Steve was the most thorough in explaining all the options and operations of each model. I had three specific challenges to consider. The first two had to do with dimensions, my dimension, six foot four, and the area in which the spa must be located. No problem finding a spa to satisfy both those criteria at Prescott Spas. The third challenge was one of financing. I am retired, get my annual income once a year and, human nature being what it is, wanted my spa {yesterday} once I made up my mind. It was to be three months before my "pay check" would arrive but again. no problem, the finance department took over and worked out my three month dilemma so I could pay cash when my annual income arrived. I must tell you that the installation team was very professional and with the difficult location they had to overcome did a magnificent job. I wish I could remember every ones name to thank them because it was a great team effort. I do remember Helena, Steve's wife, only because I seem to catch her in the show room when I stop in to visit and have a cup of coffee. Yes, they have become extended family and my wife and I are very grateful.

Gwen and I came to your store on October 27th, 2004 to see the HotSpring Spas and accessories your company offered! Though you are not the cheapest in town, Prescott Spas turned out to be a tremendous value; of true excellence of equipment, a professional team and supreb follow through to ensure that I had a great experience. I am grateful to have found Prescott Spas and even though I know the "word is out" that you guys are terrific, I wanted to let you know from my first-hand experience what a great experience it has been to own one of your spas. We had guests over last night for a "Spa Warming" and they all said it was the nicest Spa experience they ever had! One of my friends said it was "as relaxing as having a massage". I am writing to thank you for the wonderful service I received while in your store.  Your staff was very attentive and helpful and willing to answer all my questions.  I knew very little about the differences in quality and performance with regard to spas.  I received a great education, which convinced me of the benefits of the Hot Spring brand.  My family loves the spa that we bought.  Andy especially finds it a great way to unwind at the end of the day and he sleeps much better as a result.  My children think it is fun to play around in.  As for me, I am thrilled that I have not noticed any difference in our electric bill.  I have been told by people that I would see a big increase, but that has not been the case at all.  The spa is certainly very economical and energy efficient. 

You also have an excellent selection of high quality outdoor furniture and I love the set that we  bought.  I do not sit and take time for myself easily, but now my patio is the place to do so.  The furniture is not only attractive but also very comfortable.  Having such a pleasant place to unwind has helped me de-stress at the end of a busy day.

Both my husband and I suffer from back pain and physical limitations, and we are especially looking forward to the therapeutic benefits from the motomassage, and variety of other jets.  WE appreciate being able to control the force of the jets, and hwo many we run at the same time.  WE are also looking forward to how economical it is to run.  WE enjoy starting our day in the spa with a good cup of coffee, and ending our day watching the stars, covered by a warm blanket of bubbles, and heading off to bed totally relaxed.

We have owned Hot Springs Spas since the early 1990s.  Our first spa, a HotSpring Grandee served us well for over 12 years.  That Spa remained with the family that purchased our home in the Valley.

As we prepared to move to Prescott, we knew we wanted another Hot Spring Spa.  Steve and Helena were just establishing their business in the Prescott area.  We were building a house and wanted to include a place for the spa in the design.  We were not sure when our home would be finished, but we wanted to ensure the spa we wanted would be available when the house was completed.  Therefore, we purchased the desired spa.  As it turned out, there was a delay in completing the house.  Our spa had been ordered and delivered to Steve and Helena's store.  When we told them there was a delay in the completion of our house, they told us not to worry and they would store it until we were ready.  When the house was completed, the spa was promptly installed and we have enjoyed it for the past serveral years.

Over the years we have lived in Prescott, we have often dropped in the store.  We enjoy browsing the many excellent accessories for spas, the outdoor furniture and accessories.  We are always greeted by Steve, helena or their friendly staff as friends and not just as potential sale.  Although we have stopped at the store to purchase accessories and furniture over the years, it has more often been a stopover for a friendly chat.

We strongly recommend the outstanding quality products carried by Steve and Helena in their store, but more importantly the quality service and friendly atmosphere in the store.  Steve and Helena's conscientious sales people, technicians and delivery personnel, all display the same care and concern for the customer's satisfaction as Steve and Helena.
